Spam Reports’s policy on dealing with messages reported to mail providers as spam:

If someone reports a message as spam, we will immediately remove them from all lists and then send a polite note asking why the spam report was made.

If the report was made in error, the person will be welcome to re-subscribe to the lists they were removed from (we will not manually add anyone, as is our long time policy), as long as they promise to be more careful in the future.

If the note asking why the spam report was made is also reported as spam, the person will be blocked from resubscribing.

Please keep in mind that reporting a message as spam impacts the reputation of all lists and can cause delays in mail delivery.
